Overview

The Pinnacle Quality Assessment Program is divided into three, equally important sections. The sections and a brief summary follow.

Administrative Accountability:
Thoughtful planning and customized policies and procedures help managers stay attuned to changing consumer and staff needs, allowing them to respond effectively, rather than reacting to them.
Loss Control Accountability:
Loss control is an important element in managing an organization. Safety programs, including related policies and procedures, require consistent vigilance. Management and Board support ensures that work and program environments are free from hazards and effectively support the mission of the organization.
Operational Accountability:
A clearly defined organizational mission, augmented by quality improvement strategies, ensures that an organization will regularly achieve outcomes that enrich the quality of life of individual consumers.
The Irwin Siegel Agency (ISA) is committed to helping your organization address the areas that may need improvement. Our support will include resource materials, on-site consultation, and training services. All of which are designed to complement the assessment and implementation portions of the program.

We have provided a Demo of the Pinnacle Quality Assessment Program to give you a sense of the program's design.
